The Golden Globes, an over-the-top and completely unnecessary extravaganza of an event, has arrived once again this year, and with it, the ever important red carpet.

Most of the fashion at the Golden Globes was a bit underwhelming this year but there were a few standouts like David Oyelowo’s (featured above) purple tux, Zendaya’s Marchesa gown and Malin Akerman’s beaded, form-fitting slip of a dress.
